castro valley venue

ok ok castro valley needs a venue. like billiards would be perfect. its got lots of room and lots of parking. its close to bart. i know a lot of bands would love a chance to play. its close to everything like. hayward dublin etc.... a lot of people dont like going all the way to SF for shows so ithought of bill. i know a lot of people have thought of it now let put it to action. respnd and tell me what you think?

dude you are kinda need to reasrch this, one is do you want all thouse fucking people here in cv? 2.the locathion blows to many homes around it, 3 have to get permission form alameda county to build an or change it. becouse if you dont knwo the state is able to take your house with out any if, an , or buts, an or bussenes,
parkin sucks there.
yea it would be great but isent going to happen
an finaly you have to convince the people to do this

one other thing that you have to think of is the fact that i'm fairly sure no major bands would play there, so the source of income would be nicht so gut
